Terms and Conditions
Payments:
- All payments are to be paid 100% in advance.
- Once the payment has been made for the services rendered, it cannot be refunded. In case of any inconvenience or exceptional situation, contact us on 045777861 or email us info@happyhelpers.ae
- All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Client’s satisfaction unless written notice is received by Happy Helpers LLC within 4 hours of work being completed/services delivered.
- For Monthly contractual bookings, if services are required on weekend and holidays, it would be charged additionally at our standard holiday/weekend charges.
Cancellations | Refunds:(Residential Services)
- The booking cannot be cancelled or amended during or after the services provision.
- Business working hours are from 8 am – 8 pm (Sunday – Friday) & 9 am – 6 pm (Saturday)
- A cancellation fee will be charged if the amendments or cancellation is made within 24 business working hours of the scheduled job start time.
- More than 24 business hours’ notice will incur AED 100 for processing the refund fee.
- Within 12 – 24 business working hours’ notice, will incur a min of AED 250 or 50% of the booking cost if the value is more than AED 500, max processing fee would be AED 400.
- Less than 12 business working hours’ notice will incur 100% of booking cost for that day.
- Happy Helpers strives to deliver high-standard services every time. If a Helper you have booked is unavailable or unable to fulfil the request, we will send a replacement Helper/service provider.
- Happy Helpers will provide a replacement in case if the client is not satisfied with the Helper’s services. The replacement is limited to three Helpers. In case where the client is not satisfied with all the three Helper’s services, Happy Helpers LLC reserves the right to provide/terminate the services.
- Refund is applicable for monthly contracts and packages on a pro rata basis when the client cancels the services within the first 5 sessions of commencement. AED 250 for processing refund applies.
- If the Client wishes to terminate the contract after availing 5 sessions, the refund is processed after deducting the hours utilised at our standard rate as below:
- AED 50 /Hour+ VAT (for 2 & 3 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 40 /Hour + VAT for (4 – 6 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 35 /Hour + VAT for (7 – 10 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 60/Hour + VAT for bookings between 7 pm – 7 am
- AED 250 for processing the refund payment.
- The amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Happy Helpers will terminate the services if our staff/Helpers are not treated well for stay-in/Live-in duties like asking them to work for more than 12 hours per day, or not getting enough rest or food to eat on time or if they are not provided reasonable breaks in between if the duty is more than 8 hours.
National Emergency Rescheduling | Cancellations | Refunds:
- The below applies to all services only during Emergencies.
- The booking cannot be cancelled or amended during or after the services provision.
- Rescheduling is possible ONLY if the government restricts the travel movement.
- Cancellation within 24 hours will incur 100% of the booking cost or AED 250 whichever is less.
- Refund is applicable for monthly contracts and packages when the client cancels the services within the first 5 sessions of commencement. If the Client wishes to terminate the contract after availing 5 sessions, the refund is processed after deducting the hours utilised at our standard rate as below:
- AED 50 /Hour+ VAT (for 2 & 3 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 40 /Hour + VAT for (4 – 6 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 35 /Hour + VAT for (7 – 10 hours per session bookings between 8 am – 6 pm)
- AED 60/Hour + VAT for bookings between 7 pm – 7 am
- AED 250 for processing the refund payment.
- The amount will be refunded within 7 working days
Cancellations | Refunds:(Hotel bookings):
- The booking cannot be cancelled or amended during or after the services provision.
- Cancellation within 24 business hours’ notice, will incur 100% of the booking cost.
- Cancellation with more than 1-day notice will be refunded within 7 working days and will be refunded as per the original mode of payment or cheque.
- AED 250 will be deducted from the refund amount for processing the payment.
- If the Client wishes to terminate the contract midway, the refund is processed after deducting the hours utilised at our standard rate as below:
- AED 60/Hour plus VAT
- AED 50 per day plus VAT for transportation charges per day, if the booking starts or ends between 7 pm – 7 am
- AED 250 for processing the refund payment.
- The amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Rescheduling:
- Happy Helpers Cleaning Services LLC has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned team.
- You can cancel or change your booking request by contacting us at least one working day in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Failing to do so will be charged as per company’s cancellation policy.
- One or more than 1 working days’ notice will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Promotions | Packages | Offers:
- “Happy Helpers” reserves the right to promote offers and packages and terminate at its discretion.
- For promotional offers and packages like 100/200/300/400/500 hours package, the refund request can be placed only when the client is not satisfied with the services and notify us via email within 1 week of availing our services and not more than 5 sessions of our services. Amount for the unused hours will be refunded on a pro rata basis after deducting the hours utilised at our standard rate of AED 40 per hour plus VAT. Cancellations during emergencies will be as per the Emergency cancellation rules.
- AED 250 will be deducted from the refund amount for processing the payment.
Residential | Office Booking Extensions between (8 am – 6 pm)
- Our Helpers work on hourly basis and on call. In case if you intend to extend the booking, please notify at least 1 Hour in advance so that we make necessary transportation arrangements and notifying the other clients for the expected delay.
- Extended hours would be charged on hourly basis at AED 40 per hour plus VAT.
- If the notice period is less than 1 hour, there will be an additional charge of AED 50 for transportation.
Residential | Office Booking Extensions between (7 pm – 7 am)
- Our Night services are exclusive and in most of the cases the transportation services are pre-paid. Any extensions must be notified in advance by more than 1 hour.
- Request received 1 hour prior to finishing time will be charged at AED 60 per hour plus VAT.
- Requests received with less than 1 hour will be charged at AED 60 per hour plus VAT plus there would be an additional AED 100 for transportation.
- The requests must be sent via WhatsApp to the customer care team that made the booking and to the Helper assigned.
- The payment for extended hours must be paid in cash to the Helper.
Hotel Booking Extensions (24 Hours)
- Any extensions must be notified in advance by more than 1 hour.
- Request received 1 hour prior to finishing time will be charged at AED 60 per hour plus VAT.
- Requests received within 1 hour will be charged at AED 60 per hour plus VAT plus there would be an additional AED 100 for transportation.
- The requests must be sent via WhatsApp to the customer care team that made the booking and to the Helper assigned.
- The payment for extended hours must be paid in cash to the Helper.
Complaints | Service-related concerns | Theft | Unusual incidents.
- Any service-related complaint will be fully investigated, and attempts will be made to resolve to Client’s satisfaction.
- It will take 24 – 48 business hours to investigate and provide the outcome of the complaint.
- Clients must provide briefing on Ironing delicate or new clothes. The company shall not take responsibility for any accidental damages caused while Ironing of clothes.
- In case of any other claim regarding loss or damage to property by our staff or missing item(s) the company will not be responsible for any claims whatsoever. In these circumstances, clients must inform us before the staff leaves their premises or within 4 hours of the service delivery.
- For lost items, the client must report to the company within 4 hours of the service delivery. If client wishes, he/she reserves the right to make a police complaint and Happy Helpers Cleaning Services LLC assures full cooperation in the process.
- The company hire the staff after doing the due diligence. In case of any theft like incident, the client must notify the police immediately and to the company representative that you are dealing with. The company will fully comply and cooperate with the client and police to carry out the full investigation.
- We highly recommend installing CCTV cameras or hidden cameras when there is any doubt.
- Complaints received after 6 hours of availing the services will not be entertained.
- If the client has any concerns with the Helper, the client shall notify to the company Operations In-Charge on + 971 50 433 7861 | +971 50 52 77861.
- The Client will not engage directly with our Helper for their future work-related schedules or instruct to work in other locations or for other clients or permit them to go for other locations for any work.
- The contract or services shall be terminated with immediate effect if the client is engaged with our Helper directly on anything other than the agreed job by the Happy Helpers Supervisor.
- If the client is responsible in poaching our staff including sponsoring or employing directly or indirectly, the contract with the company will be terminated and no refunds will be made to the client.
- If the client intends to hire any Helper who is currently on Happy Helpers LLC sponsored visa, the client will be responsible to pay a onetime fee of AED 15,000. Please send email to info@happyhelpers.ae to discuss this further.
